Bayut’s new dynamic pricing system will be launched on 12th September 2023 and has been carefully crafted to align with the dynamic nature of the UAE's real estate sector, enabling you to optimise your advertising investments based on market trends and demand.

With our credit-based system, we take into account critical factors such as Product Type, Purpose, Listing Price, and Area Popularity to determine the credits required for each listing. This enhanced flexibility allows you to fine-tune your advertising approach to perfection. Plus, you can easily track your credit usage on Profolio™, our advanced platform.
 

Here's what's in store for you:
 
  • Smooth Transition: All your current Bayut listing packages will seamlessly transition to credit packages, providing you with more adaptable advertising options.
  • Fair Pricing: Bid farewell to the current quota-based pricing model and embrace our new dynamic pricing system, designed for fair and transparent pricing of all listings.
  • Hassle-Free Experience: Your existing Bayut listing package will be converted to credits, automatically credited to your Profolio™ account, ready for immediate use.
  • Effortless Migration: From 12th September 2023, all Bayut listings will operate under the new pricing model, ensuring a unified experience for all our valued partners.
  • Extra Bonuses: As part of our commitment to your success, we'll provide additional transition credits based on your package. These will be allocated to your Profolio™ account and remain valid until the end of your contract duration*.
